Refund Policy


  1. Cancellations, for whatever reason, will not be refunded if the reservation is made through a voucher. In these cases dates and times alternatives offered, except that named below.
  2. Only we offer a full refund (excluding bookings made via voucher) if notice of cancellation is received from a client 72 hours notice (3 days) before the scheduled start of booking. Cancellation notices can be made via email and must include the payment reference or booking number.
  3. We reserve the right to prohibit their participation to any customer, before, during training or during the journey, in any of our Segway Tours, if they do not meet the requirements of customers or do not maintain the correct behavior specified in the General Terms and Conditions of Service. In such cases, no amount will be refunded and no alternative dates will be offered.
  4. If a Segway Tour canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances (eg, technical difficulties), the refund will be offered (excluding reserves via voucher) or alternative dates will be offered. We seek to inform customers about such cancellations using any contact information provided at the time of booking. When such cancellation occurs, you implicitly agree that we are not required to bear losses that may be incurred by a client.
